How do I forward calls to AI Reception?
Call forwarding works on all UK mobile and landline providers. The exact steps vary by provider, but typically you can:
  • — Dial **61*NUMBER# — when you do not answer
  • — Dial **62*NUMBER# — when your phone is off or out of range
  • — Dial **67*NUMBER# — when the line is busy
  • — Dial **21*NUMBER# — forward all calls
  • — Dial ##002# — disable all forwards
Replace NUMBER with your AI Reception number, which you will receive after setup. You can also set forwarding in your phone settings under Calls > Call Forwarding. We help with this during onboarding — it takes less than a minute.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
When you approach your limit (80% used), you will receive an email and SMS notification about topping up or upgrading your plan. Once 100% of minutes are used, your voice agent will be paused until the next billing period. You can restore it immediately — just top up or upgrade your plan. The change is instant and your agent resumes right away. You can track your remaining minutes in real time through your dashboard.
